- Can I offer sauna sessions or court bookings?
- Yes. These can be configured as services with a duration, capacity and availability. We help you map your spaces and booking rules to the right setup.
- Can a membership include wellness services?
- Yes. Services can accept eligible plan credits where their category and access rules allow it. You can also offer paid services or payment at check-in.
- Can clients choose a therapist or provider?
- Yes. A service can require a provider, with assigned providers and availability. Services that do not need a provider can be offered without that step.
- Do members need another app?
- No. Services are part of the Jogo member experience and use the studio’s branding alongside its classes and other offerings.
